About our Founder, Shabneez Ali

Born in the country of Fiji, Shabneez is proud to have resided in the Bay Area for over 30 years. Shabneez spent fifteen years in executive positions in the corporate world, most notably in Real Estate Facility Planning & Property Project Management positions. Shabneez’s vast corporate experience compliments her passion & talent for Interior Design and Staging. Interestingly, Staging By The Bay was born with the urging from several local Realtors that Shabneez had been helping with Staging and designing just for “fun” with her passion & well-honed designing skills. As lead Interior Designer & Home Stager, Shabneez leads her Staging By The Bay Team of talented and extensively experienced individuals in helping Realtors, Developers and Home Owners like you, Sell their homes, quickly and  for above market.. The Staging By The Bay Team uses their interior design expertise and creativity to enticingly and uniquely market each room in your home to emotionally appeal to buyers resulting in the buyers visualization of their new home.

Shabneez and her Staging By The Bay Team’s other passion is in philanthropy, giving back to the community they feel so connected with. In addition to donating their services by fully and beautifully Staging homes for families in need chosen by Realtors, Staging By the Bay is actively involved with many organizations including Alzheimer’s Association, Second Harvest Food Bank, American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, MDA’s Muscle Walk, and Ronald McDonald House. Shabneez also personally gives significant amounts of both her time & resources to various children’s causes close to her heart, including orphaned and impoverished children from her birth country of Fiji.
